Preparing to go on stage at the Bandstand in Manor Gardens, Exmouth.
Nice to have Gerry with us - and on time too!
Those basses hide at the back but where would we be without them?
Dave Sargeant entertaing the audience.
Trombone working well (for now).
Daniel P, The Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth
Collections taken during the weekend were in aid of The Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth.
This is Daniel P, the donkey we adopted on behalf of David and Brenda to say thanks for all their work in organising the weekend for us.
Goodness knows where they are going to keep him!
A gorgeous sunny day in Sidmouth - not many of them in 2008.
You meet some very odd people in Sidmouth.
The Connaught Gardens, Sidmouth.
A perfect setting for a Bandstand and a very appreciative audience (including two people on holiday from Ross).
The only time the whole band have ever been ready half an hour before the start.
Bandstands don't come much better than this.
Good to have the sun shining - even when its shining in your eyes.
Is he getting his inspiration from above?
Is that why he doesn't have to watch the music or the beat?
Well that's a nice clear beat
- I wonder if the band saw it.
The audience enjoyed it and so did we. Everyone said we must do it again.
